Hi Michael,To narrow down the root cause of the issue, could you provide the following information?1.How did you set up your Office 365 account in the Outlook client, via IMAP, POP3 or Exchange? Please kindly note that only the Exchange mode supports Outlook to sync calendars.2.Does your account work fine in the previous version of the Outlook client?3.To make sure this issue is not related to the network, can you change to another network environment and check if the issue persists?4.If you and set up your account in it, is there any improvement?5.Some screenshots about this issue. To upload screenshots, select Use rich formatting, and then click insert /Edit.Best Regards,Toby. Sorry for the delay in responding-i just checked this board today. Here is the information you requested:1. I set the account up via exchange.2.
Yes, the account was working fine in the previous version of the outlook client.3. I have experienced these issues while connecting in various network settings: office, home, and hotel.4.
Outlook 2016/2019 can only connect to Exchange using Autodiscover feature. A special DNS record must be configured for your domain in order for you to take advantage of the Outlook 2016/2019. Read the Knowledge Base article on What Is An Autodiscover Record And Why Do I Need It? For more information.

Attached are screen shots from my outlook client calendar and from my owa calendar.thanks for your assistance.michael.
